About Kline Law Firm PLLC
Our law firm is headed by David Kline, an attorney licensed in Texas since 1992. David has successfully litigated hundreds of property tax cases across the State of Texas.
In his career, David has testified on property tax issues before the Texas State Legislature and has given numerous presentations on property tax issues in Texas and across the United States.
Education
David obtained his law degree from Santa Clara University in California. He also studied jurisprudence at Oriel College at Oxford University. Prior to studying law, he graduated with honors from the Meadows School of the Arts of the Southern Methodist University. He has been a resident of Texas for most of his life.
